Website accessibility is not a box we tick at Hamilton Consulting Co.; instead, it is the same principle Wesley Hamilton carries into every room he speaks in. Because he navigates the world in a wheelchair, he knows how quickly a badly built page can shut someone out. Consequently, this site is built so that a screen reader user, a keyboard-only visitor, and someone browsing one-handed on a phone can all reach the same information without friction.
We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance across all pages. This includes ensuring content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across devices and assistive technologies.
In practice, that means each page is measured against four principles rather than one checklist. First, content has to be perceivable, so text alternatives and contrast ratios come before decoration. Next, it has to be operable, which is why nothing here depends on a mouse. Then it has to be understandable, so headings follow a logical order and link text describes where it leads. Finally, it has to be robust enough to survive new browsers and newer assistive technology.
These are not aspirational items; each one is already live on the pages you are reading. Even so, website accessibility work is never finished. New content, new plugins, and new browser behaviour can all introduce problems that passed testing a month earlier. For that reason, the site is re-tested with a screen reader and with keyboard-only navigation whenever a significant change ships.

Therefore, when you report a website accessibility problem, tell us the page, the device or assistive technology you were using, and what you expected to happen. That detail lets us reproduce the issue quickly instead of guessing.
